Koji Omi becomes Japan's Minister of Science and Technology

Our investor group had breakfast in Tokyo, February 2000, with the LDP (Liberal Democractic Party) Science and Technology Policy Committee Chairman, Dietman Koji Omi. He also had served previously as Director of MITI's Venture Capital program.

Several months after our breakfast, Dietman Omi was appointed to the Cabinet position of Minister of Science and Technology for Japan.
